We believe that you are capable & valuable beyond measure. Sometimes, we just need the right help & tools to be able to soar.
How does this work?
1
What are you looking for?
When you contact us, we’ll ask you a few questions to make sure we’re the right fit for you.
2
Digital Intake
Next, we’ll add you to our HIPAA- compliant portal and you’ll receive a link to your intake paperwork. This is the usual stuff- like office policies, privacy policies, and a therapy/coaching agreement. You’ll tell us a little more about yourself, too.
When you finish, just hit “send” and they’re uploaded to the portal! Easy peasy!
3
Your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, you’ll get a link in your email. There are no passwords to remember! Just click the link and it will bring you to our appointment session.
The portal is also where we can message each other privately, share documents, and where you can manage your appointments.
"I can’t believe how different my life is today because of you. I still get anxious moments sometimes, but now I just do the things we talked about and I’m fine- it goes away!"

FAQs
Why would I need therapy for ADHD?
For those who struggle with ADHD, there are often many emotional components that come with it. You don’t have to struggle alone.
Sometimes ADHD brings a friend: their name is Anxiety (or sometimes depression). If you struggle with things like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sensitivity to rejection, low self-esteem, or other issues, Therapy can help. You’ll have not only the tools for managing your ADHD, but also the support and tools for conquering anxiety and other issues.
Finally, studies show that combination therapy- or medication combined with cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective than medication alone.
Do you take insurance?
We are in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid of South Carolina. We encourage you to contact your insurance first to verify coverage and any copays required.
If your insurance accepts “out of network” providers (which means we are not participating in their plans), then at your request we will provide you with a receipt for therapy. You will then be able to submit that receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Many people find that apps like Reimbursify and other apps make submitting out of network claims easier and quicker.
Do you diagnose ADHD?
Yes Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LISW-CP), are trained and professionally able to diagnose Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety, and other issues.
For ADHD, we will work with you to take a detailed history and complete several well-established and reliable assessments to help us understand your situation. If a diagnosis of ADHD is confirmed and you choose to seek medication for treatment, you are able to bring your assessment results to your primary medical provider to discuss.
Do you have an office?
We are completely remote at this time, so you’ll meet with your therapist via your cell, laptop, desktop or tablet. We’re currently licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Florida, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
